(2)Any dispute between a person referred to in sub-section (1) and the University shall, at the request of such person, be referred to a Tribunal of Arbitration and the provisions of sub-sections (2), (3), (4) and (5) of section 34 shall, as far as may e, apply to a reference made under this sub-section.
