Section 66B in The Chhattisgarh Co-operative Societies Rules, 1962
66B. No permanent right to leaseholder.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in these rules, the right of lease acquired under Rule 66-A shall not give any new type of tenancy right or right to permanent lease to the lessee.
