No.1 of 2019: Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memorandum of grounds filed in support of the Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to stay all further proceedings including the arrest of the petitioners in FIR No.304 dt. 5-10-2018 on the file of Old Guntur Police Station, Guntur Urban, Guntur District, pending disposal of CRLP No. 4237 of 2019, on the file of the High Court.
