Section 8(11)(i) in The Rajasthan Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Rules, 1975

(i)The Member-Secretary shall sanction the Annual Increments of all Officers of the Board, provided that the increments of Officers shall be with held only with the approval of the Chairman.
