Section 10(2) in The Darjeeling Gorkha Hill Council Act, 1988
(2)Persons whose names are included in the electoral rolls of the relevant Assembly constituencies in force on the last date of nominations for General Council election pertaining to the hill areas of the district of Darjeeling shall be the electorate for the election of [Councillors] [Word substituted by W.B.
