Section 17 in The Bihar Intermediate Education Council Act, 1992
17. Meetings of the Council.
(1)Meetings of the Council shall be held on such dates as may be fixed by the Chairman.(2)The Annual meeting of the Council shall be held each year generally in the month of November.(3)Other meetings of the Council shall be held as many times as may be required for the working but the intervening period between any two consecutive meeting shall not exceed three months.(4)One-third of the members present shall constitute the quorum at any meeting of the Council.(5)The Council shall lay down the Rules of procedure to be followed in its meeting.
