Section 107(4) in The West Bengal Panchayat Elections Act, 2003
(4)Any person who contravenes any of the provisions of sub-section (1) or sub-section (2) shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months or with fine which may extend to two thousand rupees or with both.
