Section 39(1) in The Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 2007
(1)Every contract entered into by the Marketing Board shall be in writing and signed on behalf of the Marketing Board by its Chairman and the Secretary or in the absence of the Chairman, by the Vice-Chairman and Secretary.
