18. Prior consultation with the Public Works and Public Health Departments.
- (i) In deciding on all questions involving technical matters under the provisions of this Act, the Deputy Commissioner shall first consult the Public Works Department.(ii)Before any capital work is undertaken the Public Health Department shall be consulted.
