9. Power to give directions.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, the State Government shall have power to give directions to every State-aided University or State-aided Colleges or institutions in achieving the objectives of this Act and also to entrust them with such duties and functions as it may deem necessary.
