State.

Petitioners Smt.Pallavi Rajpoot and her husband Jasveer Singh are present in court.

Father of petitioner No.1 Shri Mukesh Rajpoot is also present. Shri Rajpoot thinks that his daughter is in pressure of family of Jasveer Singh and therefore she is not giving correct statement. However, he submits that Pallavi is major but his objection is that Pallavi has married Jasveer Singh, who is son of his uncle's wife's brother and therefore according to him, this marriage could not have been solemnized. He is not willing to understand that the relationship is not within the prohibited degrees as per Hindu law and therefore such marriage is valid marriage in the eyes of law.

Shri Mukesh Rajpoot wants to talk to his daughter in privacy. Therefore, it is directed that Smt. Pallavi Rajpoot shall meet Shri Mukesh Rajpoot in the office of Smt.Rhia Tripathi, Dy. Registrar of this court at 3.00 p.m. Shri Mukesh Rajpoot undertakes not to cause any harm to his daughter or his son-in-law.

Dy. Registrar will ensure that father and daughter shall talk freely and exchange their emotions and words, however, she will be party to such discussion to the extent that no harm shall be caused to Smt. Pallavi.

List on 4.00 p.m. (Vivek Agarwal) Judge SP HIGH COURT OF MADHYA PRADESH W.P.No.5094/2018 (Smt.Pallavi Rajpoot & Anr. Vs. State of M.P.) 2 Later on Shri Atul Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioners alongwith the petitioners.
