331.
An application for an order under the said Act shall be made ex-parte upon petition and the Court or a Judge may direct that notice of the application shall be served on the Bank or Banks named in the application. The petition shall set out particulars of the entries of which it is desired to obtain copies (or, if this is impossible, the year or years in which such entries will appear) and the materiality of such entries.
