Section 21(3) in The Karnataka Rajya Dr. Gangubai Hangal Sangeetha Mattu Pradarshaka Kalegala Vishwavidyalaya Act, 2009
(3)The member of the Syndicate shall not be entitled to receive any remuneration from the University except such daily and traveling allowance as have been permitted:Provided that nothing contained in sub-section (3), it shall preclude any member from drawing his normal emoluments to which he is entitled by virtue of the office he holds.
