Section 25(4) in The Rajasthan Subordinate Accounts Service Rules, 1963

(4)No married candidate shall be eligible for appointment to the Service if he/she has at the time of his/her marriage accepted any dowry.Explanation.- For the purpose of this rule 'dowry' has the same meaning as in the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 (Central Act 28 of 1961).
