140. Bar of suits
. - No suit or other proceeding shall be instituted against the Government or against any servant of the Government in respect of anything done regarding a deposit under the provisions of the foregoing sections of this Chapter; but any person considering himself entitled to recover the amount of such deposit may sue to recover the same from a person to whom it has been paid.Produce Rent
