It has been stated that petitioners have participated in the process of recruitment on the post of Basic Computer Instructor and petitioners stand in merit, however, they have questioned answers of few questions in the writ petition. It has been further stated that since respondents are going to complete the selection process, therefore, petitioners at least may be permitted to appear before respondents for document verification.

Matter requires consideration.

Issue notice to respondents.

Additionally, copy of the petition be provided in the office of Mr. S.Zakawat Ali, AGC, Mr. Nalin G. Narain, AGC and Mr. Rupin Kala, GC. Their names be shown in the cause-list.
