This matter has been listed on board at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner-company by virtue of the permission granted on 23rd July 2025.
2. A serious objection to the maintainability of this writ petition has been raised by Mr. Zal Andhyarujina, the learned Senior Advocate for the respondent no.3.
3. Ms. Madhavi Nallure, the learned counsel appearing for respondent nos.1, 2 and 4 is seeking adjournment to enable the respondents to file a reply affidavit in this matter.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner-company though requests for an order protecting the petitioner-company but in view of the past proceedings taken out in this writ petition whereunder no interim protection was granted to the petitioner-company, we are not inclined to 1/2 96-WP(L)-14321-2025.doc Dixit ::: Uploaded on - 01/08/2025 ::: Downloaded on - 02/08/2025 09:44:54 ::: grant any protection to the petitioner-company, at this belated stage. However, on the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner- company, this writ petition is directed to be listed under the heading "For Final Hearing" on 13th August 2025.
5. In the meantime, the parties shall complete the pleadings and file their written submissions.
