Order 19/02/2021 In wake of onslaught of COVID-19, abundant caution is being taken while hearing the matters in Court.
At the outset, learned counsel for the University submits that the decision to the effect of non-issuance of NOC to the Class of institutions like the petitioner has been taken by the respondent no.1.
Mr. Manish Vyas, learned Additional Advocate General is directed to accept notice on behalf of respondent no.1, which he accepts and seeks some time to complete his instructions.
