Section 39(2) in West Bengal State Council of Technical and Vocational Education and Skill Development Act, 2013
(2)The State Government shall, by order published in the Official Gazette, specify the dates by which the authorities (other than the State Government) shall nominate members referred to in section 5:Provided that if any authority fails to nominate a member by the specified dates the State Government shall appoint such member from amongst the persons qualified for such nomination.
