Section 6(1) in The Orissa Self-Help Co-operatives Act, 2001
(1)The members constituting a Co-operative, shall have a set of articles of association, not contrary to the provisions of this Act, and the affairs of the Co-operative shall be managed in accordance with the terms, conditions and procedure specified in the articles of association.
