Section 1 in Gujarat Irrigation and Drainage Rules, 2014

(1)These rules may be called The Gujarat Irrigation and Drainage Rules, 2014.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Gujarat.(3)It shall apply to all the works constructed and maintained relating to irrigation including drainage and water supply for drinking and industrial purpose by the State Government, State Government institutions and Grant-in-Aid Institutions of the State and includes all services rendered thereof.
