(7)Enrolment, Leave, and the like, of Sailors. - The Chief of the Naval Staff may delegate to the Captain, Naval Barracks, Bombay, the power to engage and [transfer] [Substitued by S.R.O. 361, dated 10th November, 1975] enrolled sailors to grant them prize money and medals.
