Section 59(1) in The Orissa State Electricity (Supply) Rules, 1962
(1)The Board shall, as soon as possible after the 31st day of March, in each year but not later than the 30th September, submit to the Government an annual report of the Board's operations during the financial year ending on the 31st March and the activities, if any, which are likely to be undertaken by the Board in the next financial year.
