Section 23 in The Punjab Homoeopathic Practitioners Act, 1965
23. Exemption from serving on inquests.
- Notwithstanding anything in any other law for the time being in force, every registered practitioner shall be exempted, if he so desires, from serving on any inquest under the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898.
