(2)All business of the Institute shall, as far as possible, be recorded in the form of resolutions in the minutes book to be maintained by the Secretary and shall be signed by the President of that meeting after the same is duly confirmed, and an entry of such decision in the book of the proceedings of the Institute shall be conclusive evidence of the fact that such decisions were taken by the Institute.
