(4)Packing of bottles: The bottles and pouches will be packed in warehouse by the contractor in wooden or plastic boxes approved by the Excise Commissioner. Twelve quart bottles being packed in a case or box. The contractors will then seal each box with signboard or similar binding and mark clearly on the outside of each box the quantity and strength of the liquor contained therein with signature of the officer-in-charge.
