Section 20(1) in Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University Act, 2014
(1)The Finance Officer shall be appointed by the Executive Council on the recommendations of the selection committee as prescribed by Statutes. His qualifications, emoluments and terms and conditions of service shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
