180. Power to enter premises to detect waste or misuse of water.
- The Commissioner or any Corporation officer authorized by the Commissioner in writing may, between sunrise and sunset, enter any premises supplied with water by the Corporation in order to examine if there be any waste or misuse of such water and the Commissioner or such officer shall not be refused admittance to the premises nor shall be obstructed by any person in making his examination.
