Section 2(viii) in Bihar Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2003
(viii)"Scientific test" means any test conducted for chemical or mineralogical analysis of minerals and assessment of its chemical & mineralogical constituents and properties for the purpose of scientific study without any commercial motive.
