Section 35(1) in Dr. Abdul Haq Urdu University Act, 2016
(1)No student shall be eligible for admission to a course of study qualifying for admission to a University examination unless he has passed the examination prescribed as qualifying for admission to such course or an examination recognized by the Academic Senate as equivalent thereto and possesses such other qualification, if any, as may be prescribed.
