Section 29(2) in The Rajasthan Value Added Tax Rules, 2006
(2)On submission of the documents as mentioned in sub-rule (1), the officer mentioned in sub-rule (1), on being satisfied as to the correctness of such documents, shall issue the refund in Form VAT-23, within sixty days of the submission of the application completed in all respect.
