Section 10(x) in Haryana Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Rules, 1983
(x)The Member Secretary may undertake tours within India for carrying out the function of the Board and for consultation with the Central Board with the prior approval of the Chairman, subject to such directions as the Government may issue from time to time.
