3. Issue of registration certificate, [Sections 8(1) and 22(2)(c)]
. - No person shall sell cattle at a cattle fair unless he has obtained a registration certificate from the certified writer in Form C.F.R. 1 in respect of such cattle on payment of a fee of one rupee per cattle.
