(4)A member of the Commission irrespective of whether he was in the service of Central or State Government at the time of his appointment in the Commission or not shall also be paid cash equivalent of leave salary in respect of the unutilized earned leave at his credit upto a maximum of [240 days] at the time he vacates his office.]
