- On the requisition of the Superintendent of Excise periodical permits for free access to the Railway stations and to the local train of the North Eastern Frontier Railway, will be issued by the Station Master or any other authorized officers to do so to the Excise staff headed by the Inspector of Excise posted at Railway Station. In order to ensure harmonious working with the Railway staff, the Excise officers whose duties are likely to take them in to the Railway premises should be careful to apply for those permits and also to apply in good time for their renewal.
