14. Opening and re-sealing of the packages.
(1)Where any package is to be opened for any reason, the same shall be opened in the presence of the owner and the concerned godown-in-charge after obtaining the order of the Administrator.(2)The packages shall be re-sealed immediately after the purpose, for which such packages were opened, is fulfilled in the presence of the owner and the concerned godown-in-charge.(3)At the time of re-sealing, the owner, and the concerned godown-in-charge, shall affix their seals.
