9. Staff of the Council
(1)The Council may appoint a Secretary and the other Officers with the previous approval of the Government and the other employees may be appointed by the Council from time to time in accordance with the guidelines prescribed.(2)The classification and methods of recruitment, conditions of service, pay and allowances and disciplinary conduct of the officers and other employees referred to in this section shall be such as may be prescribed.
