                   CRR-1333-2018
                           (DEEPAK AGGARWAL Vs NIDHI BANSAL)

10
Gwalior, Dated : 04-04-2019
Shri Manoj Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Shri Narrottam Sharma, learned counsel for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is seeking time for submission of arguments.

Learned counsel for the respondents strongly opposed the same and submitted that till date no amount of maintenance has been paid to the respondent. Therefore, no further time be granted.

On perusal of the record, it appears that on two occasion i.e. 08.03.2019 and 28.03.2019 last opportunity was given to counsel for the petitioner for submission of arguments. Despite giving two last opportunities, learned counsel for the petitioner is seeking time for submission of arguments.

In the interest of justice, last opportunity is given to counsel for the petitioner. It is made clear that if the petitioner seeks further time on the next date of hearing, cost of Rs.50,000/- would be payable by the petitioner to the respondents.

At the request of counsel for the parties, list the case on 08.04.2019.
