Section 29(1) in Tripura Board of Secondary Education Act, 1973
(1)The Board shall, in exercising its powers and performing its duties under this Act be guided by such directions, as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazettee, give from time to time regarding the scope and control of secondary education in Tripura.
