- Whoever wilfully disobeys any prohibition or restriction imposed under section 13 or section 14, or obstructs any person or authority in the discharge of any functions that such person or authority is required or empowered under this Act to discharge, shall, on conviction, be punished with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees.
