12. Meetings of Board.
(1)The Board shall meet not less than twice in every year, and six months shall not intervene between two successive meetings.(2)The Chairman of the Board may at any time in the exigencies so demand, and upon a written request made by not less than one-third of the total number of members of the Board shall call a special meeting of the Board, on a date not later than twenty-one days after the receipt of such request by the Chairman.
