Section 22(1) in Rajasthan Monuments, Archaeological Sites and Antiquities Rules, 1968
(1)Where, as a result of any excavation of operation carried on in any protected area, any antiquity is discovered, the Archaeological Officer or the Licensee, as the case may be, shall submit a report of such discovery to the State Government through the Director, personally or by post in Form III.
