Section 12(1) in The Maharashtra State Commission For, Women Act, 1993
(1)The Commission may, for the purpose of conducting investigations under this Act utilise the services of,(a)any officer or investigation agency of the State or the Central Government with the concurrence of that Government; or(b)any other person.
