Section 10(4) in The Baba Farid University of Health Sciences Act, 1998
(4)Where the Board of Management does not within the fixed time limit take action to the satisfaction of the Government, the Chancellor on the advice of Government, may, after considering, explanation, if any, furnished or representation made by the Board of Management, issue and directions, as it may think fit and the University shall comply with such directions.
