36. Holidays, hours of work and other conditions of service.
(1)Holidays hours of work including extra wages for overtime work done and other conditions of service of migrant workman shall not be less favourable than those obtaining in that establishment or in similar employments in the area in which the establishment is located, as the case may be.(2)Where there is any dispute in this regard or with regard to applicability of holidays, hours or work including extra wages for overtime work done and other conditions of service to be migrant workman under clause (3) of sub-section (1) of Section 13, the same shall be decided by the Labour Commissioner, Bihar whose decisions shall be final.
