(v)Each bag in which mineral mixture is packed, shall contain a printed format of which shall be approved by the Registering/ licensing authority, indicating batch number, date of manufacture, address of manufacturer, license number, percentage of various mineral elements and such other particulars as may be stipulated by the Registering/ licensing authority;
