15. [ State Government's power to enter and inspect. [Substituted by Notification No. 8358/XII(5)-1006-64, dated January 5, 1973.]
- The Deputy Director of Agriculture (Cotton), Uttar Pradesh, Economic Botanist (Cotton), Regional Deputy Director of Agriculture, State Agricultural Marketing Officers, Assistant Agricultural Marketing Officers, District Magistrates and Sub-Divisional Magistrates shall be persons authorised to enter into and inspect at all reasonable times any Cotton Ginning or Cotton Pressing Factory for the purposes of exercising the power and carrying out the duties under Section 9 of the Act.]
