(3)All residents of a Labour Colony shall be entitled to remove their belongings and the superstructure at their own expense within the period prescribed for vacating the Colony and any person who fails to vacate the Labour Colony during the time and on the date specified in this behalf, shall be liable to be removed in accordance with the process of law.
