Section 38(6) in The Airports Authority Of India Act, 1994
(6)On the cesser or operation of any order made under sub-section (1) in relation to any airport, heliport, airstrip, civil enclave or aeronautical communication station, or any other agency or department thereof the authorised person shall hand over to the Authority any property (including any sum of money or other asset) remaining with him in connection with the management of such airport, heliport, airstrip, civil enclave or aeronautical communication station.
