Section 3(a) in Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Archakasand other Office holders and Servants Qualifications and Emoluments Rules, 1987
(a)'Competent Authority' means the Commissioner, the Additional Commissioner, the Regional Joint Commissioner, the Deputy Commissioner or the Assistant Commissioner, as the case may be;
